Security

security and confidentiality for executive operations

Executive operations requires access to sensitive systems. We scope permissions narrowly, document workflows, and treat confidentiality as part of delivery — not an afterthought.

Access management

We use delegated access through your existing tools — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and other systems — rather than shared passwords. Permissions are limited to what each workflow requires.

Permission scope and escalation

During onboarding we define what we can handle independently, what requires approval, and what must escalate to you immediately. These rules are documented in SOPs and escalation matrices.

Confidentiality

Executive operations naturally involves sensitive communication and business information. Confidential handling is part of standard delivery and onboarding conversation.

Offboarding and access revocation

When services end or team members change, access is revoked through your systems according to an agreed offboarding checklist. TODO: document formal offboarding SLA once confirmed with operations team.

What we do not claim

This page describes operational security practices. Doxcta does not claim certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or formal GDPR compliance unless explicitly verified and published by the business.
